Electrical BIM Engineer
Location: AIM United Company Ltd – Dokki, Giza, Egypt
Working Hours: 8 hours/day – On-site at our Dokki office
About the Role:
AIM United Company Ltd is looking for talented Electrical BIM Engineers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models for electrical and low current systems
- Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Prepare shop drawings and quantity take-offs (QS)
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, local authority regulations, and project standards
- Generate as-built drawings and updated BIM models for final documentation and handover
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality designs
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, or BIM 360 is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Quantity Surveyor
Location: AIM United Company Ltd – Dokki, Giza, Egypt

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a background in Architectural Engineering and 1–6 years of experience in engineering consultancy to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimation, project documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs and track budget compliance.
- Assist in evaluating material and labor costs for proposals.
- Contribute to documentation and reporting as required by project standards.
- Support the implementation of BIM models for quantity surveying purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 1–6 years of experience in quantity surveying within engineering consultancy firms.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and project documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BIM software, AutoCAD, or related tools is a plus.
