    Electrical BIM Engineer

    Apply

    We're looking for talented Electrical BIM Engineers to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop BIM models for electrical and low-current systems.
    • Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
    • Prepare shop drawings and quantity take-offs (QS).
    • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and regulations.
    • Generate as-built drawings and updated BIM models for final documentation.
    • Collaborate with the team on design delivery.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in BIM modelling.
    • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Quantity Surveyor

    We're looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with an architectural background and 1–6 years of experience in engineering consultancy.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents.
    • Coordinate with the design and project teams.
    • Monitor project costs and budget compliance.
    • Evaluate material and labour costs.
    • Support BIM implementation for quantity surveying.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
    • 1–6 years of experience in quantity surveying within engineering consultancy firms.
    • Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation and project documentation.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with BIM software is a plus.
