Project Description:
AIM United was appointed as the BIM specialist for the LUCID Phase 2 manufacturing expansion project, a critical milestone in LUCID Motors’ regional growth strategy. Our scope encompassed full BIM development and coordination across all major disciplines—Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical—for a state-of-the-art production facility.

Our responsibilities included:

• LOD 400 BIM Development: Comprehensive modeling to fabrication level of detail, enabling precise extraction of shop drawings and supporting on-site execution.

• LOD 500 BIM As-Built Models: Post-construction model development based on verified site data and deviation analysis to facilitate facility management and lifecycle integration.

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Resolving inter-disciplinary clashes and integrating data into a unified federated model, ensuring full alignment with ISO 19650 standards and the project’s BEP.

Our team’s advanced digital workflows and strict adherence to project timelines played a key role in streamlining construction activities, reducing rework, and delivering accurate as-built documentation for handover.
