BRIEF

AIM United was appointed as the BIM specialist for the Mechanical and Electrical systems of the Motor Speed Park, a premier motorsport and entertainment destination in the Riyadh Region. Our engagement covered the full BIM lifecycle from design detailing to as-built documentation, ensuring high-performance systems tailored for a complex, high-traffic facility.

Our responsibilities included:

LOD 400 BIM Development: Creation of highly detailed Mechanical and Electrical models suitable for fabrication and construction, including HVAC, fire protection, power distribution, and lighting systems.
Shop Drawings Extraction: Automated generation of fully coordinated construction drawings directly from the LOD 400 models, ensuring site accuracy and reducing manual drafting efforts.
LOD 500 BIM As-Built Models: Post-construction modeling based on field-verified data to produce accurate digital twins of MEP systems for operational use and facility management.
Systems Coordination: Clash-free integration of MEP services within architectural and structural constraints, using advanced coordination tools and workflows aligned with ISO 19650 protocols.

Our BIM-led approach enabled efficient coordination among trades, reduced site conflicts, and ensured compliance with the performance and reliability standards required for a world-class motorsport venue.
